Terms and conditions of the rental service with driver

GENERAL CONDITIONS OF THE CAR RENTAL WITH DRIVER SERVICE

  1. For rental services with driver, with the exception of transfers, a minimum period of 2 hours is applied per hour.
  2. For direct extra-urban transfers (non-stop), the fare is calculated with a cost per kilometer.
  3. The pick up services from / to the airports have dedicated rates to be requested from the booking service at +393341169329
  4. Each passenger can carry up to TWO SUITCASES, EVERY EXCESS OF BAGGAGE ES: SKI AND EQUIPMENT MUST BE DECLARED at the time of booking, in order to prevent the car from being unsuitable for such transport.
  5. It remains at the discretion of the drivers, to load on the cars bulky objects not declared or suitcases in excess or that do not have the conditions of safe transport. (broken, dirty, wet suitcases, etc.)
  6. TAXI-TRANSFER undertakes in every reasonable way to have its vehicles or vehicles driven by external collaborators arrive in time for the departure and arrival appointments at the destination, it will not be responsible for delays, cancellations or diversions due to causes beyond its control, therefore the services booked must be paid for.
  7. The cars are all recently registered and covered by insurance for themselves and for those transported and in compliance with the circulation permits in force in Italy and in E.E.C.
  8. The transport of passengers is fully covered by the insurance that TAXI-TRANSFER has stipulated for its vehicles with third parties. Passenger properties are instead transported entirely under the responsibility of the passenger who declares ownership at the time of boarding. Check the correspondence of your baggage upon departure, liability for loss or damage will not be accepted. ALL OBJECTS TRANSPORTED TRAVEL UNDER YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
  9. If TAXI-TRANSFER proves unable to transport the passengers (or) to the booked and paid destination for reasons under its control through its own means and the means of external collaborators to organize the transfer by external means (TAXI, rental with driver, rental car) and subsequently reimburse the customer for the cost of such transport upon presentation of a receipt / invoice. The reimbursement for the transfer cannot exceed the rates in force for the same agreed route.
  10. TAXI-TRANSFER can be held responsible for any costs and losses due to delays and errors directly attributable to our skills, in this case a refund limited to 200.00 will be provided € per booking.
  11. TAXI-TRANSFER reserves the right to vary parts (or wholly) of these agreements at any time without giving prior notice to customers, partners, tour operators or agencies. </ li>
  12. The customer is obliged to report any problems deriving from inefficiencies or deficiencies directly attributable to our work as soon as possible. We will take action to quickly resolve any inconvenience and loss in full customer satisfaction.
  13. These conditions of carriage and all related services comply with the laws governing the sale of services in Italy, this guarantees the protection of the passenger and his / her luggage.

User behavior during the service of rental with driver
Users of the rental service are prohibited from:

  1. smoking during transport;
  2. throwing objects from both stationary and moving vehicles;
  3. smudge, soil or damage the vehicle;
  4. require the transport of pets without having taken, in agreement with the hirer, all the necessary measures to avoid damage or soiling of the car;
  5. to demand that the transport be returned in violation of the safety and behavior rules provided for by the current Highway Code.

Right to cancel the booking of the car rental service with driver and complementary services

The customer can cancel the reservation by writing to us, sending an e-mail to info@taxi-transfer.it
The cancellation of the car rental service with driver or complementary services is accepted within 12 hours before the service. For cancellations received within 4 hours prior to the start of the service, a penalty equal to 100% of the amount of the service will be applied.
In the event of a canceled flight or a delay of more than 30 minutes at departure, the customer is obliged to notify our reservations number or to send text messages or emails in order to guarantee the presence of one of our staff on arrival. Failure to send the notice of delay or canceled flight excludes the right to have the car available.
